@Dan193 No cauliflower prepared as mashed potatoes. Avoiding the carbs of potatoes but getting the creamy texture and descent flavor . If you are eating potatoes you would never like it .

@saragoodtimes Wow, that’s way cheaper than what I paid! I remember a few years ago getting 12pk sodas for $2.50, now they up to 7.99 here. They raised everything so high and shrink sizes on top of it.

Thank you.. they are actually pretty simple. Coated w/a bit of olive oil and lemon juice and filled with a Panko breadcrumb mix. Kinda time consuming, but well worth it.
