@Dan193 No cauliflower prepared as mashed potatoes. Avoiding the carbs of potatoes but getting the creamy texture and descent flavor . If you are eating potatoes you would never like it .

@TexChik Yeah, doesnt sound too appetizing, but not judging a book by its cover, maybe it tastes really good.
