I ordered a Mediterranean panini from a place and I made stuffed artichokes 😋

The artichokes look pretty. What is in them? We had honey garlic glazed salmon with roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts.

Thank you.. they are actually pretty simple. Coated w/a bit of olive oil and lemon juice and filled with a Panko breadcrumb mix. Kinda time consuming, but well worth it.
