Let's talk hygiene

Anything liquid eaten with a spoon inevitably ends up in my beard. Occasionally popcorn. Sometimes I don't know until the dogs are paying a little extra attention to me.

Egg yolk. My brother took my dad away from my mother's clutches and bought him a bacon and egg sandwich (full of cholesterol so not normally allowed). He enjoyed it so much the yolk spilt into his beard of course he cleaned it up, I gather your man isn't quite so conscientious.

If you physically need to hold down your beard before you eat something (I'm looking at you, Action Bronson) it's time to trim that mess.
