I hate eggs. Don't know why but it's never something that I would turn to. I prefer a loaf of bread with some chocolate paste then.

Twice a week or so. Mostly just 1 egg.

2 or 3 eggs, usually twice a week. One meal typically omelette, the other egg and cheese sandwich.. you ?

Very seldom. I use them in other recipes, primarily. Yesterday, however, I made scrambled eggs with lots of veggies and cheese for lunch, and they were delicious!
I used two eggs.

Every day. Minimum 6. Sometimes a dozen, when raw. My serum tests are excellent. Yes, I know the reason. My Doctors agree. People have been brainwashed. Surprised?

@TheOrionbeltseeker Because, they have been misled from the most perfect food, known to Mankind. The most nutritionally, perfect food. Please research extensively. 60 plus years ago, people were swayed away from butter and eggs.
There was this cholesterol fear, that was untrue. They started selling Hydrogenated fats like Margarine and convincing people to lay off, butter, eggs and whole dairy products.
Just know the Liver, produces Cholesterol. The Brain is mostly made up, of it.
There is good Science, this is causing Dementia and Alzheimer's.
The use of Cholesterol lowering drugs, like Sta-tins, are contributing as well to this and even more type 2 Diabetes.
I could write chapters on this, but I encourage you to research and spread the word.

Rarely. Probably around twice a week. I really love eggs but since I got pancreatitis, I avoid eggs so bad even though I love them. 😣
At least twice a month sometimes more. When I do 2-3 depending on the size.
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
I got brown eggs. The hens were vegetarian fed. They taste better. More protein.
Imsleepy · 31-35
