What was a dish that you made that was so good you even surprised yourself?

I got sidetracked and boiled all the water out of the MacNcheese. Burnt them shits black to the bottom of the pan. It was pouring black smoke. The smell was horrible. I’m a shit cook but even that surprised me.

My scrambled eggs steamed zucchini, squash, and spinach I made the other day. I added some blue cheese to the scrambled eggs and it was deliciousoso.

I once made a bowl on a wood lathe . It turned out great for my first time.
