What was a dish that you made that was so good you even surprised yourself?

@Moonpenny it took me over 6 months to get the smell fully out of my apartment. It was horrible. lol

@DarkHeaven Don't worry my sister burnt my mom's kitchen down bowling water too. At least you still have your kitchen. And I once preheated the oven without checking if something was inside and someone had left and plastic cutting board inside and it took a while for the toxic smoke to reach where I was sitting upstairs and by the time I noticed the cutting board had completely melded with the oven grating.

@DarkHeaven Oh no! Next time, no I didn't mean that 🤭 If there's a next time, burn an unscented candle or a few tea-lights in the enclosed room and it should help get rid of the smell.
