I think I am. It hasn’t killed anyone yet . Actually I consider myself a camp cook , I can cook basics and make do with what I have,you want fancy please try another cook.

1) Chilli Chicken
2) Stir fry vegetables and spicy noodles
(Meat optional ) … with fried eggs
3) Prawns .. boiled and stir fried with onions and garnished with greens and coriander
4) Slow cooked Chicken Biryani
5) Shallow fried Salmon fillets with garlic and aioli
