Mix salt and any spices you like (garlic powder, cayenne, pepper, and paprika are great together) into some flour. Cut the liver into long thin strips and then dip in the flour.
Cook for around a minute on each side. The liver should be pinkish inside. I don't love liver, but my wife does and this is my favorite way to cook it.

Remove from packaging. Rub liver all over 3/4 inch ribeye. Grill ribeye to medium rare. Discard liver.
