Do you have a favorite recipe for cooking liver?

Get a pan on medium-high heat and add a decent amount of oil. You're frying here.

Mix salt and any spices you like (garlic powder, cayenne, pepper, and paprika are great together) into some flour. Cut the liver into long thin strips and then dip in the flour.

Cook for around a minute on each side. The liver should be pinkish inside. I don't love liver, but my wife does and this is my favorite way to cook it.

@GunSmoke9 Yeah, it gets super livery if you cook it to well-done. Medium is best.
