@cherokeepatti thanks I may just try it. the recipe is a baked sweet potatoe recipe with chicken and I'm supposed to make a "buffalo" sauce

Dilute it very slightly with water--then use it. White vinegar is not as strong as ACV.

ACV has a strong taste. If you don't mind that, it should be okay in terms of how it reacts with the food.
