What cultural cuisines are your bag and which leave you running for a bag?

I like so many that it's easier to say what I don't like:
fast or processed foods, esp. containing sugar, fat, or white flour.
not too heavy on chilli, wasabi, mustard, ginger or pepper.

I love foodstyles from many cultures, and cultural fusions,
mainly European, Middle-Eastern, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese
plus ingredients from the South Pacific and Australia.
I aim for specific qualities,
wholefoods freshly prepared,
balanced flavours, bright colours, contrasting textures,
lots of vegies, fruit, pulses and grains,
not too much of eggs and cheeses even though I love them,
and no meat, seafood or fowl.

I really love Lebanese and Moroccan. Thai, Indian, and authentic Mexican are great, too. I'm not a fan of the standard American diet (all of the overly processed packaged options).

I like Thai, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Moroccan, Persian, love Indian food the best....don't like sushi and most Japanese food (with exception of teriyaki).

Honestly, I love it all. Name a cuisine and I've been pretty happy with what I've found in it, even the weirder or more difficult foods.

I like mexican, Itlian,Chiniese,American comfort food...
Japanse and Hawiian are not my thing

I love everything. Even the ones that create a storm in my stomach. Lol.

I’m not big on organ meats. So while I enjoy some items from most menus, there are a few cuisines where I also prefer the dishes marketed for U.S. tastes. It’s why I can’t really call myself an authentic “foodie”. 🙂

I have not found one I dislike and I have travelled so much 😳
