I’m not big on organ meats. So while I enjoy some items from most menus, there are a few cuisines where I also prefer the dishes marketed for U.S. tastes. It’s why I can’t really call myself an authentic “foodie”. 🙂

@bijouxbroussard I love liverwurst, but it causes gout flare ups like nothing else. Had to give it up
