spicy peanut butter noodles. its really cheap and full of protein. in a separate sauce pan mix water, a scoop of peanut butter, and a hefty scoop of sriracha. The amount of each really depend on if you prefer it more nutty or more spicy. Boil regular spaghetti noodles and layer the peanut butter sauce over it. Sometimes I like to cook up some mixed vegetables to mix with the sauce.

I like a burbon chicken stir fry.

Cut up chicken and brown it in oil. Once there is only a little pink left, add two parts terrioki, one part soy, a tiny pinch of cloves and red pepper, pinch of garlic, a tablespoon or so of sesame oil and honey, 2 tablespoons ginger, lightly pepper, and a fair amount of garlic. I add spices and remove them as I feel... and the porpotions always change. But that's the backbone

@anotheruser I'm going to try it. Thanks.

My recepies aren't exact so maybe just start with the two parts teriaki and one part soy and figure out the seasonings as you go... things like cloves are especially a strong taste, and I cook mine how I like it... figure out you, you know?

Also, cook the sauce down into the chicken, that's y u want to start adding when there is still a little pink left, otherwise you will dry the fuck outta the chicken
30 second low fat Ice cream. One pkt of frozen berries one carton of 0% fat vanilla yogart. Blend together when berries are frozen. Instant ice cream. You can add artificial sweetener if you like.
The other version is the same but full fat cream and sugar instead of yogart and sweetner.
This is my fav recipe this week.
I have many. 🍨

@Cutiepi23 Thanks, I'll try it.
@DavidAllen1912 enjoy it's so easy. If you have a sweet tooth sweetener is advisable as it can be a bit sharp without.
