I like a burbon chicken stir fry.
Cut up chicken and brown it in oil. Once there is only a little pink left, add two parts terrioki, one part soy, a tiny pinch of cloves and red pepper, pinch of garlic, a tablespoon or so of sesame oil and honey, 2 tablespoons ginger, lightly pepper, and a fair amount of garlic. I add spices and remove them as I feel... and the porpotions always change. But that's the backbone

My recepies aren't exact so maybe just start with the two parts teriaki and one part soy and figure out the seasonings as you go... things like cloves are especially a strong taste, and I cook mine how I like it... figure out you, you know?
Also, cook the sauce down into the chicken, that's y u want to start adding when there is still a little pink left, otherwise you will dry the fuck outta the chicken
