What's your idea of fancy food, as in a fancy meal or dish?

i've seen Fancy Food dishes and its like a really skimpy portion with usually some Fancy sauce and too much Plate space

Basically food where the presentation and atmosphere are important to the experience. Like... a porterhouse steak is not fancy unless it's served in an expensive steak house.

The best food in the world may be from a street cart somewhere. The fanciest food in the world is likely at an expensive restaurant where there's six cooks for each customer or something.

The Tour of Italy at The Olive Garden. Lobsterfest at Red Lobster.

First that came to mind is Fancy Feast. Because good taste is easy to recognize!

Coq au vin, which I make occasionally. C'est delicieux.

Lebanese / Moroccan or Indonesian cuisines.
