What's your idea of fancy food, as in a fancy meal or dish?

@FurryFace Yes it is usually that way. I think the reason for the small portions is to keep the diners hungry enough to savor each little portion they are bringing next. They don't give enough to over-satiate the appetite so it leaves a better memory of the flavor.
