What's your idea of fancy food, as in a fancy meal or dish?

Basically food where the presentation and atmosphere are important to the experience. Like... a porterhouse steak is not fancy unless it's served in an expensive steak house.

The best food in the world may be from a street cart somewhere. The fanciest food in the world is likely at an expensive restaurant where there's six cooks for each customer or something.
