Some girls are waiting for a knight to save them. I personally think that plot is boring. I would rather meet a warrior half way...

...while I slay my own dragons and help build kingdoms. Then when we have the learning and foundation, we can meet and build our own together.

Would that not be better?
Oh, I might be bringing friendly overprotective elves and some beasts and family along the way. Good luck to him. XD

warriors, knights....meh.

I'll take a mage any day.
Casheyane · F
@SarahAndSamantha Mage, wizard, socerer - what's the difference in your book?
SarahAndSamantha · 46-50, F
@Casheyane If anything, the system of their magic is the difference. I use 'mage' as an umbrella term for magic user. I guess I do kind of picture wizard as the old long bearded type, Gandalf or Dumbledore. It's a semantic argument though. I just like magic and robes
Casheyane · F
@SarahAndSamantha Ahh.
Reading/watching fiction/fanfiction, my encounter with wizards are based on Harry Potter. But yeah, I know Gandalf from Tolkien.
Ooh there's also warlock and sorcerers from BBC Merlin.
Mage, I saw in e-game dramas haha. But they seem to be wizards too. Idk.

A warrior is a low status knight
Casheyane · F
@Queendragonfly I don't know. I think some knights are for display and moral.
A warrior, a warrior knows how to fight and how to save a life.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
@Casheyane The best knights are well trained and strong to be able to protect the kingdom. Think Brianne of Tarth
Casheyane · F
@Queendragonfly Is that a novel title? What book and which author?
BLP11520 · 61-69, M
How about a Viking?
You realize Knights were warriors?
....but with education, chivalry and ethics.

Warriors were skilled fighters, but they fought and pillaged as they went ....war protocols 🤷
Casheyane · F
@OogieBoogie Knights are not the only ones that can count as warriors.

But for what you said, depends on which book you're reading.
@Casheyane oh, I was kinda going on history .
But you're right, it depends upon the story and the book .
