Just 10-15 minutes of sunshine a day is essential for your immune health.
Sunbathing for 10-15 minutes a day can be beneficial for immune health because it helps the body produce vitamin D which plays a crucial role in ✅Immune system regulation: Vitamin D helps regulate immune cell function and response

👉The best time for sunbathing depends on your location and skin type but generally
✅Morning sun: Early morning sun before 10 am is considered safe and effective for vitamin D production
✅Late afternoon sun: Late afternoon sun after 4 pm can also be beneficial.
👉However it's essential to practice sun safety
✅Limit exposure: 10-15 minutes is sufficient prolonged exposure increases skin cancer risk. ✅Use protection: Wear protective clothing hats and sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher for extended outdoor activities.
Agree.... but using sunscreen blocks important uvb rays that convert cholesterol in your body into vit D3... thats why you should only limit yourself to at most 20-30 minutes of sun without sunscreen....and i also heard that skin cancers increased in the late 70's early 80's around the same time the FDA started pushing sunscreen
