Well I didn't lose any weight... and I'm still chonky as heck

But I lost body fat... so hah!

I guess the HIIT is paying off, even if its just like 15 minutes a few times a week 😂

So glad I got one of those body fat % scales too😬

Yeah hiit is gold lol but the downside is its very taxing and i kinda skip it these days bc of the fatigue bc i don't like protein shakes etc

my main goal is to learn to enjoy exercise and then hopefully the rest will follow 😅
