Well I didn't lose any weight... and I'm still chonky as heck

But I lost body fat... so hah!

I guess the HIIT is paying off, even if its just like 15 minutes a few times a week 馃槀

So glad I got one of those body fat % scales too馃槵

Yeah hiit is gold lol but the downside is its very taxing and i kinda skip it these days bc of the fatigue bc i don't like protein shakes etc

my main goal is to learn to enjoy exercise and then hopefully the rest will follow 馃槄

It stands for High Intensity Interval Training

its like you work out hardcore in short bursts and then rest for a bit, then go at it hardcore again
