Are there any fitness fanatics here who know some exercises to tone up this area?


Preferably something I can do at home with minimal equipment

Glute bridge will help that area and maybe a plank?

And throw in body weight squats as it’s a great lower body exercise

I think the very picture shows that there are no muscles in that area to tone up in the first place....
Literally aerobic exercise and planks. You don’t need any equipment.

@pdockal Don't squats target the thighs and lower glutes tho? I'm looking for something that targets more the lower back ^^;

You'll need exercises for you core
Focus on your core. Kettlebells are good

Love handles you just do side sit ups. That other part I'm guessing just lose fat overall but don't listen to me because I'm a couch potato
