Women, what's it like to have to wear a bra every day?

I've found simple cotton bras without pressing the chest, soft and enjoyable to wear, for when I need to. When I don't need to, I go without. But I don't have big boobs so it's easier.

It's painful if it's a bad fit, sometimes the sides ride up and stab me in the arm pits but if it's a good fit, the centre part flat against my chest, they are usually comfortable and I don't really feel them. The exception is scratchy lace that itches and irritates your nipples. That is horrible.

It's extremely painful. I've switched to tanks with shelf bras. They aren't as supported but it hurts to squish em up.

It depends - when I’m exercising, a sports bra is a blessing. Other times I would prefer not to bother. I never wear one at home, and I work from home, so most of my time is braless.
