There was a time when schools only allowed girls to wear dresses, but not like those.

A girl I went to school with, once the warmer months hit, would wear the shortest dresses and skirts. One day she even went without panties. To be fair it was the very last day of school before graduation.

Don't you hate these short dresses/skirts? If you have any booty, at all, it rides up in the back. Happens to me all the time ... so frustrating! Super cute though.
