Can you get completely custom made sweaters and shirts?

Is there a tailoring service that will custom-make sweaters and shirts.Im not talking about those internet shops where you can order designs from a pre-arranged selection;I mean TOTOALLY custom,where you dictate the cut,material color and even a original design and they make it to your personal order.

@DavidT8899 Any tailor will make up clothes for you, but you want a designer with pattern making experience and tailoring and/or dressmaking experience to create an original pattern and sew it. I was lucky with my dress. It was a simple design.

There are also weavers and people who will do custom knitting. Etsy might be the place to go for that.
