Is Andrew Tate Gay?

The few I've talked to about this feel much more strongly than I do about him being gay, I'm sort of on board, more so the more I hear the arguments..

For me it's just a gaydar tingle, he cares way too much about being in shape, his appearance, looking cool, amd trying to impress people with low self esteem his views on masculinity are correct.

Most straight masculine guys I know, myself included, really couldn't give a damn about how we look, it's good enough. The exact opposite end of the spectrum is people intentionally caring to look masculine, usually either militant lesbian dykes who take very superficial aspects of male culture and adopt it well enough to convince a feminine lesbian to date them for their "masculine vibes", and gay guys who are way into the workout bro culture, and have every kind of brush, tweezer and cream for their immaculant beards, and the very best tailored clothes. Everything matches, it's all show. I'm lucky if I can find clean shorts and shirts in my clean clothes pile (seperate from my dirty clothes pile I sometimes sniff test through if I don't have enough clean clothes).

Now..... I didn't know till recently head waxing was a thing, apparently Andrew Tate is into this. I really didn't know the secret to having a shiny head, and honestly, still don't know. Is it like spit polishing old black military boots, you just rub a spot for hours till it shines? Some kind of ointment? Rub some turtle wax in? I don't know any guys to ask about this because the guys I know are all straight. Many have shaved heads because of giving up once hair loss kicked in, but none of polished heads. Which kinda lends credence to the argument he is gay.

I've also seen it nitpicked he obsesses way too much over how his/your women to should act and behave (women bring this up). In my case my insistence on how a woman I am with is like.... don't be a stripper, and since I don't drink and smoke I don't want a smoker or heavy drinker (casual drinker at most). But I really don't think I really ever gave a damn about how a woman should dress or behave. Just so long as it doesn't embarrass me I guess. I'd like it nice. I can definately spot it when a woman is nicely dressed. But I don't have a philosophy or regime on how it should look, beyond maybe if I say I like a hairstyle she is wearing it means I am wanting it to stay that way, please don't change it (ever). But if I gotta be brought to fashion boutiques and have to pick everything out with her I'm going to be annoyed. Most I want to do is point at a few women in a magazine or at a storefront manniquin and say "I guess that looks nice, I could date that". But I couldn't invest that much time into worrying about women in this area. That's what gay guys do. They obsess over women's fashion and makeup. How they behave, relationship drama. I know instagram models can get wrecked by this dual metric too.... if a supermodel has too many male to female followers, make up brands won't sponser them. And straight guys refuse to follow accounts of attractive women talking makeup and fashion all the time. So the models have to pick a following.

If I had to live up to gay guy standards on how to be a man I would fail horribly. Andrew Tate seems to somehow pass. And that has me scratching my head. But others are far more convinced of it than me. What's your take?

Tbh, I can't stand they guy,

But I don't think the things you mentioned really define someone's sexuality 😬
@Fishy That's why I said what I said in my own commemt, OP is manifesting his own homoerotic fantasy through Tate.
@Fishy I'll give a bit of clarification. In the 1980's the lgbtq communnity had a practice called outing, they would claim certain celebrities were gay or lesbian because of certain things they did, most particularly because of roles they played. For example John Travolta because of Staying Alive, Mel Gibson because he played a gay hair dresser in Bird in a Wire as one of his personas to hide from hitmen, Robin Williams over several roles, Dustin Hoffman because of Tootsie, and Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis for Some Like It Hot. They claimed because they did certain roles they were manifesting unconcious latent desires. Even close friend to Travolta, Kirstie Alley, long swore up to her death that he was gay as gay could be, that his marriage to Kelly Preston was a sham.
@NativePortlander1970 The John Travolta thing was a Scientology control scheme, it's been heavily discussed on anti-cult, anti-scientology youtube channels. They discredit anyone who leaves publically.

And I don't typically presume a actor is what they are protraying unless the guy physically kisses another man, even if acting.... you are still kissing another man, and I can't imagine a straight guy being up for that just for a paycheck.
@Dignaga Except Travolta NEVER left scientology, he was their guy, until uber member Tom Cruise came along, John even did pro scientology Battlefield Earth as a tribute to the organization to get back on top, never understanding why it did so poorly.
@NativePortlander1970 I'm aware. He didn't leave because of the negative news. They likely had more than nust him being gay from decades of audits.

I got really into following the former scientology channels like SPTV (Suppressive Persons Television, SP is a scientology term for those who left and are outspoken against Scientology) around the time the girl in florida died of Lyme Disease, caused a hugh scandal because she was locked ibto isolation while suffering from hallucinations from it and committed suicide. Got bored following all their channels in depth after a few months and now may occasionally follow two. I've heard the Travolta angle from like, 10 different people who used to be in scientology. And they all generally like Travolta. But in my opinion there is likely a kernal of truth to it or else Travolta wouldn't of been cowered. They definately got something worst on him.
@Dignaga I read Lea Remini's book after it came out, and WOW, the way they cover up the disapearance of Mrs Muscavage is baffling how the FBI won't even get involved, and how David sent a hit squad after his own father. She never mentioned the girl who took her own life.
@NativePortlander1970 I don't know about the girl who killed herself, but I did see the youtube channel Growing Up In Scientology cover new updates in a bunch of videos. He thinks the local police force out in the california movie production compound (the one with a sniper's nest built up in the hillside above it) has been bought off.... and maybe, I don't know. I really don't feel like strolling into another scientology compound, the people are weird. I was invited into the Washington DC one (literally just strolling by, bug brown mansion) and they offered me the test and I noticed it had a lan line port plug in it after he said they never record the sessions. But they did invite me to see Hubbard's real Washington DC office two or so blocks down the street (they maintain a fake office of his in every showcase scientology building, so the first one I saw was a fake with a big ass globe and books all on the walls).

I went to the other office, it was small, looker like the furniture in the office proper was all military surplus WW2 desks and shelves, bht they updated the waiting room. A old australian woman was running the place. I asked a few questions and was recognizing alot of the stuff and the pics were all generic military stuff (he was ex navy) and I was describing to her what was going on when she said she didn't know. We were both writers and into science fiction and I was thinking to myself Hubbard was sorta just generic. I knew a few dozen guys just like him. But the more I said the more her eyes lit up, and she clasped her hands together when I asked if they believed in reincarnation, after getting a weird feeling looking at their weird shaped cross on display. She said yes really triumphantly and that's when I realized why she was so excited looking at me and then left. Never stepped back.

Alot of them are still lookingnfor Hubbard reincarnated on Earth (he lead a very generic boring life outside of the scientology stuff, anyone would fit his profile in someway). They are switching over to the claim he reincarnated on a different earth now given he never showed up, and all scientologists will reincarnate there to follow him. It's weird.
