Another 'celebrity that I have no idea who she was. I honestly couldn't have picked her out of a police lineup. From the little I read she and Ellen were once a thing and she was drunk on Vodka and high on Cocaine at the time of the crash. Sad that anyone dies but in the words of an old country song, "She put the bottle to her lips and pulled the trigger".

@akindheart OH OK. I thought I heard that she and Ellen were not together all that long. Don't ask me I really don't follow the gossip but I thought I overheard a conversation about them. Maybe a different Ellen. I honestly don't know.

Also fentanyl. But most people don't take that knowingly, dealers put that in their drugs these days because it's cheap, addictive, & effective.

@ChiefJustWalks Thanks for the info, I've heard that about fentanyl in the cocaine these days, and good idea about the dealer. Maybe he should also get charged for the crash, though that may be a stretch.

It was on the news today here this morning coupled with the urging of people to be organ donors and they had a story of a father and his son who had a rare disease that only transplants could help and how they both have survived well since their transplants. Sorry to hear the news about her, but a strong message how your organs can save others

She could have killed the woman in the house and children. A school was nearby, apparently across the road from where she crashed.
That said what she went through is horrific. I think it became clear soon after the crash that the most merciful thing would be for her to pass.
