Can these sick kids be rehabilitated

As horrible as I know it is to say. These kids are damaged for life. And the primary concern has to be for the safety of the community. They cant be released...😷

Yes they can, but if found guilty, they should be imprisoned for life, only to consider parole at 18.
Much like the case of Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, each 10 years old, in England when they murdered little 2 year old James Patrick Bulger.

There's an awful lot of development that can happen from those ages.

Though it's so extreme, it might take something special to correct course, possibly to only a very limited extent.
