When your baby starts to wake up stirring or cried do you feel a strong feeling in the pit of your stomach?

It doesn't feel like I want to be sick but it's a very deep weird feeling.
Maybe a nervousness... I'm not entirely sure how to describe it. But I feel a need to respond instantly..

My babies are 19 and 22 now. But yes i felt that way because i would worry if something was wrong i would lose sleep just to check their breathing every 2 hours. I was always on eggshells when they were little until the day i overslept and my oldest at 3 made herself a sandwich i woke up in a panic and she was sitting on the kitchen floor eating a ham sandwich 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes! Mom instinct! For the first year or so, I would even hear phantom cries. It's a thing. Like if I took a shower and left him sleeping, I would be really anxious thinking I heard him wake. It's a thing apparently

When they are small they can seem super annoying at times. The constant 4 hour feeding, changing diapers, the colic and gas and rashes, and you are tired and your nipples hurt and you want to freedom back but you know you are stuck for 18 years or sometimes longer.. BUT.. as they grow, and as they start to walk, and they sleep through the night, and they start to talk and learn and you love them more and more and soon your heart is bursting with love and care and all that stuff that made your stomach ache before is long gone and forgotten.
It can be rough at first, but it gets better real fast.
No but seeing chatbots posing as human beings attempting to gain human trust makes me protective of all children who live in a world where that isnot illegal
