@come2gether I know, thanks. I see their conservative nuclear family as the source of both kinds of bullying, kids and women. The churches do not help or know about battered women. It's one problem to me. But I assume that's because I want a way out. Focus on the Family is richly funded and prevents the nuclear family from being criticized. I lose. And yet, it's okay because I won't be battered again for Christmas.

@Roundandroundwego Domestic violence, bullying, harassment, etc. have no place in the home regardless of the situation and regardless of who the perpetrator(s) are. In my case, I had DV, bullying, etc directed at me and my daughter by my now ex partner during the first year of our daughter's life. I left. I don't quite understand what the 'mum/mom' biz is about. I mean I'm a dad (of four kids) but I don't have a username anywhere with 'dad' in it.
