Parental loss

Have you thought about visiting her grave/where you scattered her ashes?
I felt sad for my dog so I went to visit him where we scattered his ashes, incidentally, in the woods.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've lost a lot of people in my life and if I allowed grief to creep up I'm afraid that I wouldn't recover from it so I have to keep a strong mind . Just keep living for her in a way that would make her proud. She would want you to be happy. 🫂

Talk to her. She can hear you. January is always hard month for me to get through. Both my parents died in mid January. It’s a shitty month really
