When I was a teenager, I had to fight my parents to allow me to have a Poison t-shirt (yeah, yeah, I was into hair rock :P) because the girl in the image had an exaggeratedly long tongue.....
Probably a good thing I wasn't into GWAR at the time :P
@NiftyWhite I saw Def Leppard live about 15 years ago or so. Rick Allen still looks about 12 :P Still a hell of a show. hair rock was my stepping stone into metal and I can't think them enough for it.
@bijouxbroussard I wouldn't have gotten away with your brother's poster either. Not with my mum. This year I found images of almost all the posters on my wall from 1972. I had a chicago poster from Chicago II that was in the album. Big poster of Jagger at Hyde Park concert. Ibanez catalogue poster of electric guitars. Yes in concert. My entire proud album collection sat on my bed head. One night a fugitive blowfly was in the room and landed on my head. In my sleepy state I slapped my forehead to get rid of it. One by one all my albums tipped, slid out of their covers and landed on my head, much to my brother's amusement.
