Kind of sounds like u are over thinking this. I can remember my mom given me and my sister that talk. We was all most that age and every girl will have that time of the month every woman has that time of the month. Certain things will start to grow. But just explain what it means and why she will have it.
I don't know why he is scared of the hospital. But any child would think of having surgery is scary. Just explain that at time's medicine or physical therapist can't fix. So at time's we do need surgery. They build us stronger and we are on the road to recovery.

@smileylovesgaming so did you completely read over where I said my children are special needs and why they are having this issue.

A few years back, there was a post here about, I think, Colombia in South America. It was about women, wives and mothers, who were sneaking across the border into a place where cash money was more readily available to “prostitutes”
A lot of people made the claim that never ever would they do such a disgusting thing. They were too moral, too righteous. I said then and I say now, “You don’t KNOW what you’d do if your kids were starving to death.”
My point is that those who have never been in the exact circumstances of someone else are not able to see the trials and tribulations of that other person.
For several reasons, I CAN empathize, although I’ve never done it myself. Not like you’re doing it daily.
I think I’ve made my opinion clear. You and your family are awesome. Every day you get up in the morning with one clear objective - making it work for everybody.

@Mamapolo2016 thank you for always being kind to me on here. I am feeling a lot better about things today. Our life isn't easy but I love it and we're making it work somehow.
