Pre-exam wobbles

After trying all weekend to gently coax our teenager to sit down for a couple of quiet hours of maths revision, the inevitable meltdown came shortly after lunch today when I was left in no doubt that the world was about to end 😥

Drastic times call for drastic measures. Which is how we came to spend most of the afternoon in my workplace office, at my desk, doing quadratic equations. Mission accomplished and another great mum-daughter team effort.

Now I just have to find a way of explaining the CCTV to my boss tomorrow . . .
