How old was your father when you were born ?

@bijouxbroussard My father died at 67 (the age I am now). It will be 28 years ago in October.

@DragonFruit I was speaking with Pop yesterday. I’m going to see him and my mother tomorrow (her 89th birthday). My father was reflecting on the fact that he’s lived longer that anyone in his original family and has outlived his parents, brothers and all his cousins. My mother’s the oldest member of her family now, too—but her father lived to be 95.
