There is a book out called Toxic People, I THINK THAT DEFINATIN FITS, are you still living in his house? BEING ON YOUR own would put some distance between him and his negativity, and give you a chance to heal from his abuse, even though it may take a great deal of time, and effort on your part. I wish for you the best.

@Silverwings Yes I'm still living in his house. With the way things turned out, I'm having a really hard time getting on my feet, but I hope to get out of here as soon as possible. Thank you for the support

What a prick. Look, life never goes the way you want it and you want the best for your kids but things happen, what matters more is that he has a daughter and a granddaughter and that should be that, because AT ThE END OF THE DAY!!! You're his daughter and your daughter is his granddaughter. Well atleast that's how I feel.

Honestly, next time he tell's that crap, consider telling him to 'F*** Off'. Don't let him bully you. Tell him what you really think of him.

I'm 100% on your side. Please don't let him drag you down. He's fucked up, NOT YOU!

I have a similar father like that. He is a bully and an asshole. He beats women and children.
