I did it as a teenager. Not much happened and we all suspected that one person was pushing the planchette around the board.. I had a colleague much later on who'd done the same thing. It spelt out 'MEN'. The following week she contracted meningitis and almost died.

I’m a paranormal investigator but I don’t use spirit boards. I use spirit boxes to communicate or my polterscript or a regular evp. I use trigger objects also. There are other ways I communicate.

Oh, I already have tried it. When I was in college. It's NOT a good or healthy thing to touch. It opens doors that ignorant little boys and girls don't know how to close...and lets things come through that we know NOTHING about.
