How long past the due date can a baby go?

('Cletus the Fetus' - My brothers been calling it that instead of saying the actual name they'd picked out) Was due 9 days ago. 🤷‍♂

My youngest was a week late. She was 10lbs 6oz im assuming its because she was so big. I just started walking alot . My water broke as i was walking in the neighborhood.

@AngelUnforgiven That's probably it. The mother is 6'5 and the Dad's 6'8. They have a 2 year old who you'd mistake for a 5 year old.

usually, in my area, they will not go beyond a week. at 41 weeks, if the baby seems to be axtaully at 41 weeks, they induce labor, or do a c-section.

@FloorGenAdm Don't put that idea in my brothers head. He already tried hitting the brakes when they were in the car. It did not go down well with his pregnant wife.
