Give up trying to get help

Update.....
Police cant/won't do anything and my socal worker I can't get a hold of so I guess till any physical harm is done they won't step in what a joke this world has become

I had an incident with my 8 month olds dad on 12th he was shouting at her because he couldn't stop her crying and another time same day that he couldn't do her nappy and got cross.
I went and got advice from police and reached out to family court advisor but nothing they will do as it's court order for him to see her and talk with them which I've tired to do.
I've spoken to my socal service and I've told them baby's dad will be on supervised visatatuons and my mum will be with him and anything else happens my mum will remove her.
When I told this to Paul my ex he said that if my mum is to come anywhere near him or our daughter while he has her he will call the police and that he will no longer stay at the center for visitation he will take her wherever he wants with whoever he wants. No one cares to help me at all but apparently if I go against the court order I could face prison or a fine are they seriously?
I have no faith with professionals at all anymore they are no good they never help unless it's too late then what it's my fault? Usless

Well sorry but it sound like trouble is ahead and he has to follow the rules and if he does not report it and no the court say how the visitation goes not your Ex . I would suggest you have a up to date pic of him and your child and a pic of his car and licence plate and s i n and cell and where he works and family . and also write down the bank he deals with and bank and if he has credit cards . If they are meeting at your house use nanny camera and audio

@updown2020 thing is I was only with him 2 and a half months so I don't even know him
updown2020 · 61-69, M
@MiraRoss Well you better find out as much as you can because the more you have as info the it can help if the worse happens , The fact he trying to control who's around when he has visitation should set off alarms in your head..

@updown2020 everything for a week after breaking up with him has set alarms off but on court or professional care about all that

File a review petition at the court
MiraRoss · 31-35, F
@Alex51 I've been trying to get through to the court but no one have got back in touch
Alex51 · 61-69, M
@MiraRoss you can physically go to court office and seek permission
MiraRoss · 31-35, F

If he leave and takes her isn't he violating a court order?
@Lilnonames Yes, I hope so very much there is one. My mother recently asked me why they alert them in the middle of the night, I told her because nappers usually travel at night, when Truckers are out in convoys, so that they can be on the lookout, they're usually caught within a short period of time, within a couple of hours in most cases.
@MiraRoss It was her mission to see that deadbeat and abusive parents lost all custodial rights.

@NativePortlander1970 good on her. He's even called me mentally unstable and a narcissist
Go to the judge immediately in the morning and tell them what he is threatening, swear it on a written afidavit, and what he has done.
MiraRoss · 31-35, F
@NativePortlander1970 it tuck a week for the lady to get back in touch with me about it. You think I should reach out again?
@MiraRoss I'd try to find a different family court lawyer, not her.
