Give up trying to get help

Update.....
Police cant/won't do anything and my socal worker I can't get a hold of so I guess till any physical harm is done they won't step in what a joke this world has become

I had an incident with my 8 month olds dad on 12th he was shouting at her because he couldn't stop her crying and another time same day that he couldn't do her nappy and got cross.
I went and got advice from police and reached out to family court advisor but nothing they will do as it's court order for him to see her and talk with them which I've tired to do.
I've spoken to my socal service and I've told them baby's dad will be on supervised visatatuons and my mum will be with him and anything else happens my mum will remove her.
When I told this to Paul my ex he said that if my mum is to come anywhere near him or our daughter while he has her he will call the police and that he will no longer stay at the center for visitation he will take her wherever he wants with whoever he wants. No one cares to help me at all but apparently if I go against the court order I could face prison or a fine are they seriously?
I have no faith with professionals at all anymore they are no good they never help unless it's too late then what it's my fault? Usless

Go to the judge immediately in the morning and tell them what he is threatening, swear it on a written afidavit, and what he has done.

@NativePortlander1970 you have to have appointment I tried to call but they said to send email told the person there about what has happened but all I can do is email and wait. I have all the proof of what he said and when he shouted at my daughter I have 12 people who heard it but the place he sees her has no camaras so I can't do much
@MiraRoss Subpoena all the people that witnessed what happened if You have to, go see the judge in person with your lawyer.

@NativePortlander1970 I don't have a lawyer when I finally had the chance to get one she told me she couldn't help me
@MiraRoss They're supposed to by law, sounds like she cares more about money than ethics.

@NativePortlander1970 I only had a week to prepare so by the time I got one it was too late she said she couldn't help
@MiraRoss She had time, during arraignments both prosecutors and defense lawyers sometimes only have barely a few hours, if that, to prepare to go before a judge.

@NativePortlander1970 it tuck a week for the lady to get back in touch with me about it. You think I should reach out again?
@MiraRoss I'd try to find a different family court lawyer, not her.
