I would not be having a baby with a woman that hated me, and it would take a long time getting to know here before I made a baby with her as well. So, I would know beforehand if she liked me or not.

Babies put hell of a strain on a relationship. You both change.

It means she once liked you - and now you are so last year it's over.

It means she gave birth that’s it. Doesn’t mean she likes you one bit
