@whowasthatmaskedman thanks for pointing this out I appreciate it I really do yeah her and I enjoy technology I traded with her because I wanted her phone and she wanted mine well needless to say she's found a lot of use out of it and she really enjoys it her going back to the phone she traded me would not suit her it does not have things she likes anymore

You鈥檙e the adult, you can just take it back, seriously. You can explain that unfortunately, you鈥檙e still making payments on that phone and trading was a mistake.
She will still have a phone. But you don鈥檛 have to accept "no" on something you鈥檙e paying for. If she just likes that phone, perhaps the agreement can be revisited after it鈥檚 paid off.
