Does the brain feel like pins and needles or tingling when you think or concentrate on something?

This use to not be the case for me, but for like the past year every time I think really hard about something I feel my brain tingling.

It's more a matter of performance anxiety for me. I get anxious I'm not smart enough to figure something out in a reasonable time and that gives me brain fog which has a completely opposite effect that I need. And then there's a completely different feeling when I have a sleep paralysis and finally wake up, then my head feels as if I had high voltage cables buzzing inside. 😖

The brain itself actually has cranial nerves inside.. These nerves only connect the brain TO the brain, and are outside of the central nervous system.

I'm not a doctor but I think lots of blueberries will fix you up. There is a chemical in blueberries that help the thinking process. Cheers!

Sorry you got flippant responses. I've never experienced what you describe. I think you should speak to your doctor.

Take it easy don’t burn out your brain by over thinking at such a young age.
Nothing of the kind when one is devoid of that sort of functionality.
