If someone did something which hurt me, should I tell them?

I always say nothing or "no problem", but I think I'm a pushover because of that.

I tell people anymore.
Some of them I get to talk it over with and we remain friends while others make it clear they don't care and it's my problem; that's when I say see you later... The eggshell side step is an emotionally draining dance to keep dancing.
