If someone did something which hurt me, should I tell them?

I always say nothing or "no problem", but I think I'm a pushover because of that.

Telling them is your best bet if you don't want them to do it, or something like it, again. You can be tactful. Start by telling them how much you like them and why. Then you can explain how you felt when they said/did something that really hurt you. If they care about your feelings, it won't happen again.
