If someone did something which hurt me, should I tell them?
I always say nothing or "no problem", but I think I'm a pushover because of that.

Always tell. The first time be really nice and polite like I know you didn’t mean to, but that hurt.
The second time be more clear hey I told you don’t do that it hurts.
If they do it a third time it means they don’t care, or they want to hurt you, but they’re just an absolute insensitive idiot you can do without
