I Have Weird Dreams

Sometimes I get dreams where I'm usually with my friends walking somewhere but then soon my vision just freezes... Like a movie buffering or a game lagging. But then I can still feel myself moving around trying to get my vision back. It freaks me out sometimes but I'm getting used to it.
This morning I had trouble waking up. Because I didn't realize I was dreaming until later but basically in that dream my vision was extremely blurry and only my left eye was open while my right eye stayed shut making it extremely difficult to move around. I was trying to get out of bed but my vision made it so difficult. Everything felt off too but I was so relieved when I finally woke up.
