Being late for work (almost weekly)
Not motivated
Forget daily meds ( almost every day)
Dont eat regularly
Bad sleep habits
Bad self esteem ( im a fat whale)
Stealing ( teenage to my early is 20's)
Dont do chores regularly
Because I drank whiskey when I know whiskey makes me into a mean mean person but I did it anyway.

This past February at a Super Bowl party idea k whiskey and a bunch of shots and tried to fight two people and got the cops called on me and kicked out of the event

The latest one being I got super drunk and cussed my mom out and yelled at her in the stands of a rodeo infront of everyone this past September

I just need someone to hold me accountable for my actions. Have someone to fear consequences for. 6 years ago when I had someone I stopped drinking and got back on track then she left me. I started spiraling again. I know if I just had someone to keep me focused and helped me I could turn around again.
