there is a big difference between being assertive or aggressive. I blew up at fed ex. I paid to have a food processor shipped to my brother. they broke it. i filed a claim over 2 months ago and still have not received the settlement check. i have been given 3 stories as to what happened to the check. i went off and pointedly told them the lies i have been told. still no check. but i will hound them until i get it. i paid for the insurance and will get the money.
